Cut Wire Shot

Where is it used?

Cut wire is the most efficient abrasive for shotpeening applications. As with other steel abrasives the cut wire , does not have cause cracks and breaks , it crumbles in layers as it wears , so it retains its shape. The reasons for the high performance of the cutting wire material are that it does not contain gaps and cracks in its structure, does not leave dust on the surface of the applied material , and keeps its size and shape longer than other abrasives.
