Where is it used?
They are chips used in surface abrasion and deburring processes, especially on soft metals such as zinc (zamak) and aluminum. They are suitable for pre-coating surface preparation. Our ureic chips can be prepared in various compositions depending on the desired surface quality. They can be produced with different types of abrasives. They have a softer structure than plastic chips. They have a maximum abrasion-grinding ratio. They can be preferred as an economical alternative. We have fully automatic standard production. Special production can also be made according to your needs. The machine may contain 2.5-3% solid particles in the effluent. In systems with purification unit, filter maintenance may need to be applied more frequently than plastic chips.
